Sexual fitness at 72?

I Agree with Mysteron. I’ll be 66 soon. Not bragging here, but my wife and I are still very sexual active. We keep ourselves fit. Plain and simple. We have to. We spend most of our year in a tropical rainforest. We have to meet the challenge that it throws at you daily. We eat right(fresh fruits from the rainforest) and get exercise on our trails. Control our weight, All our provisions are carried by us up a hill to our house. Where we live, you have to be fit and able to think how do Meet the next challenge.
We made a choice to live this adventure to keep our minds sharp and focused. This is not for the faint of heart but we love waking up every morning and seeing the beauty in this paradise. Obviously, we are not couch people.
That is a killer. For us, it is an exercise of mind and body together

 

wouldn't it be more sad if he didn't think that way and was constantly depressed about what he missed?

Mysteron isn't old......yet. VG just likes to pop off sometimes. Medical advancements has made 60 the new 30. Yea. I'm old......sort of. But I don't see myself slowing down for a number of years to come. Sexually I'm as active as I was 40 years ago. My patterns have changed and medicine has helped me accomplish my short term goals. I'm enjoying my sex life as much as I did when I was young, maybe even more these days.

 

I don't think you will have a problem anyway as you appear to keep yourself physically fit and don't appear to be carrying any extra weight ( Rucksack excepted of course )

I have SEX.

 

In our 70's. Sexually active at least twice a week. Both myself and my wife are not overweight, physically fit. Both of us still have organisms, but my wife takes a bit more effort on my part than it did 30 years ago. Have not had to use a condom in a loong time. Menopause took care of that. Only real problem is lubrication. If my wife gets sore I am cut off until she gets better, at least from vaginal sex. We use copious amounts of silicone lube, mostly because it lasts longer.

Early in my medical training, I had to work some in an assisted living facility. Night shift saw the lights go low and people visiting others crossing the halls into other's room. Management said nothing. Consenting adults.

 

The truth is I'm never going to have sex in my whole life. If I live to be 72, I will be a virgin. Imagine if I were you, how sorry you'd feel for yourself, and yet I don't. I feel happy.

Just good coconut oil does it for me and my wife and it has lots of uses like anal sex, and after sun oil keeps the skin soft and good for your hair.
