As a result, we would expect the rate of dune recession to increase.”"

Consider Trump does not even listen to his generals. They know this and even if he did many conspiracy theorists would say he is not told everything. The president changes every 4 or 8 years and so do his opinions on things that take more than 8 years.

They tolerate him only because they can kill him at any time and he's a good distraction for the mindless masses, who still don't comprehend that weapons are the largest export of the largest exporter in the world, and nobody fucks with the Pentagon. Their newest weapons are robots and drones, and AI that won't even be going on the market for twenty years. They make only the best, or the next best thing, and its worthless if everybody has a chance to develop countermeasures.

The military's only allegiance is to the military.
