I think you're asking for negative attention here and shouldn't whine if you get it.
You're equating the scared behavior of a cow when it gets transported with animal abuse by definition. No one who takes care of animals (also when they're raised for the meat industry) has to take that shit when its unwarranted.

You say these cows didn't had a choice. Well, they're herd and prey animals. They get just as scared getting moved to a new pasture as to the slaughterhouse. I guess they shouldn't get moved to new pastures neither then? That seems closer to animal abuse

 

No, they shouldn't. They should be free and wild and people can hunt them with a spear if they want meat.

 

I'm sure they do get scared when you're violent with them and raising them just so you can shove their bodies down your fat, greedy gullet. It'd be one thing if you were taking care of them, but you're raising them so they can have their legs broken and their faces ripped off while they're still living and breathing. Yes, but I promote vegetables. Vegetables are just as good as meat. If I had a stove or anything, I would just cook vegetables. I also wouldn't have such a problem with meat if it were produced ethically. And the only reason I'm mad at running horse is because he keeps telling me to be quiet.

I know what goes on at farms, especially small ones, and they don't treat the cows right. They literally whip them and beat them. So it irked me when he said they had them whooped, because he's not lying. They have no empathy for these creatures.

I feel strongly about this but I don't judge anyone for not feeling the same. I'm all for living my morals and letting others figure out their own, but it just would begin to feel not genuine if I didn't say what I believed sometimes, when it gets brought up.

I found someones dairy cow once out hunting.. I used my drag rope and walked it all the way back to the parking area and flagged down a car to get police to track owners. this days before cell phones. funniest thing in my life walking that bell cow out the woods didnt know its name called it Bessy and my hunting friends where like what in the hell when they come back to the car. the owner came quickly within the hour..
