If you could go naked everywhere legally like for a walk through town, grocery shopping, the mall or anywhere else . Would you?
thanks for your responses. I don't understand why we cant do this we have to hide our bodys but every one has one so whats the point. mosquitos are a problem
Of course I would, as long as the legality was well-known. For example, in my state you can be naked in public as long as you aren't being lewd. But no one does it, ever, and I am not going to test it. The only time anyone "hears" about this law is during "Free the Nipple" events or similar, then the law comes up and people act like it's the apocalypse. I know someone who has been arrested for being nude in public, despite not being lewd, and despite the law saying it's okay, but the officers just add on other violations instead.
if it were legal, the first thing i would do is drop every piece of clothing i own into a donation box and then never wear another stitch ever again
i would have to move to do that as winter is a bitch where i live. but indeed i would all summer if i could
I would like to be nude in public and have it legal and OK. Nude shopping or walking would be total freedom. The closest thing now is the nude world bike rides and someday I want to try it.
Yes, we live in year round hot climate and already stay nude a lot. It would really be nice if it was legal to, at the very least, be able to do leisure things together.
Yep. And yeah if you can do so without bring judged or harassed. Go out to get milk or go walk an animal without clithes would be very peaceful and relaxing.
Acturally one lady walks her dog nude, near me, on the beach. And then a younger female now joins her with her dog. And heard another girl has sleep problems and goes out naked at nights for walks around the neighbourhood. But havent heard about any of them being arrested so must just go on unopposed
it could be the double standard at play females get away with more than a male would in this situation
I was arrested last year for being nude on the beach and that's exactly what happened. I wasn't being lewd but they said my "behaviour" (sitting on the ground and keeping to myself) was offensive and the charge stuck.
New Zealand. I've since learned the police are more uptight in my area than anywhere else and don't seem to know the law. Unfortunately it seems, neither do the judges.
