Long enough to wash my hair, the rest and out, not a fan of water but if I bath it's a long time because I don't want to get out, I just keep running more hot water in. I crank the heat up because I hate being cold when done. Then I put my feet over the furnace vent and let them dry while sucking up more heat. I am a suck for heat even tho we don't get really cold winters here. People say my house is too hot,,, ya well it makes people stay a short time, hahahaha! My mom and dad don't even use heat in their bathroom, it's chilly in their bathroom, make ya wanna go to the Y for a shower when visiting them. I have furnace heat and a wall heater in there too that I had installed, don't know where this comes from that I am such a suck but I hate being cold and wet at the same time so getting dressed is a race to the finish. I won't shower at BFs place either, his bathroom has no heat, will shower before I go there or after I get back home. 20 mins tops, to done and dressed.
i guess i already voted on this poll! a long time ago so ill post this way and make a comment! before i wasnt paralyzed. it was like 30 mins, now its more like 15 minutes. i need assistance now with transporting/standing sometimes to make sure i dont fall over. i use a shower bench to sit down on since my left leg isnt strong and limber like my right. its my left side thats paralyzed! any questions/ mail - message me!
Honestly, I don't know. But, since someone broke the shower-head it's been taking all of us who live in the apartment longer to shower because it's time consuming to refill a pitcher with water. I don't even shave in the shower anymore because it's just too hard. Gosh, it's exhausting. I dread every time I have to shower, especially when shaving. I just grab those legs, mount it on the sink, and I just have my way with it. Actually, dry shaving isn't that bad. I just want to go back to my normal showering routine. This is stupid. I hate showering now. Like I didn't really care for it in the first place. I know, a girl not caring about showering, WHA? But, yea... I just didn't care for it, it's not like I hated it, but now I legit hate it.
I prefer at least 15 minutes in the shower for the washing of everything, a bit longer in a bath if I just want to unwind afterwards
LIke, 5 min. total, not counting time when the water is off. I turn it off to soap up. Turn it on again when I rinse. That's the secret to water conservation if you ask me!
Man that's crazy long to be standing in a shower though. I thought 10mins was pushing the limit tbh. But 45mins? No not even... 12mins and I'm out of hot water dude. I do like my showers hot though, like to come out all red lobster in winter. Make sure there's enough shower steam to shield off the biting cold air of the bathroom lol. Heat lamps burning. In summer though I go opposite and just full cold shower. Our water is pretty cold even in summer where I live.
