Woke up with agonizing cramping in both of my hamstrings.
Immediately rolled in bed from side to side (as if my body was on fire) streaching my legs as straight as they could go. Feet, ankles and toes curled upwards.
    OH!!!!!!

Resulted from combining dancing and too much beer last night.

OH! and get this..... last night (1amish) the Dj ( Disc Jockey ) pulled up a chair, sat next to me and asked if I was ok to drive.
Then offered to drive me home.[IMG]

Gotta love a good Dune gif.

I only read the book the first time a couple years ago. Really enjoyed it.

Dune 2020 movie coming out next year.
    Denis Villeneuve is director
Same guy who did Bladerunner 2049

All these movies with years or part numbers in the titles. It's not necessary. Come on dudes....come up with something clever and creative.

Like the sequel to the movie:
"Coming Home in a Body Bag"

    Um..."Body Bags 2".

"Oooo, that's imaginative. I've got more taste in my penis"

Sounds like you need to buy yourself a pair of sports leggings to help you stop cramping up after dancing pete.

It's horrible but I've never had both hamstrings do it at once.

I had the outer side of my ankle do it last night. I ended up getting to the kitchen for a pinch of salt and it stopped.

    It's always interested me!

    It does the trick though.
I umpire footy in the goals. So we are expected to stand there for a few hours. Move about, etc.
Trick is i wear a pair of sports leggings that i have for umpiring underneath my uniform.

Time for another installment of The Shitty Neighbor Story.

These idiots, apparently, are dog sitting someone's dog.

They brought the dog home with them, had it on a leash in their front yard, saw me and hubby outside and decided to let the dog off the leash. It ran around their front yard first and they made the big show of calling it and pretending they were trying to catch it.

Then the dog ran through my son's yard with them doing the silly "No-No. Come back" routine, half-heartedly.

Then it ran into my yard and my two big pits ran to the end of their chains barking at it. The poor little dog kept coming, trying to be friendly but my dogs did not want to play. Piper could reach it and Emma kept egging her on so she gave it a going over a few times but I don't think she hurt it because it never yelped.

It, a young boxer I think, ran under a hug bush where my dogs couldn't reach it and it hid.

The idiot 20-something year old was running through my yard, yelling at me for "not helping" her catch the dog.

I was like "Um...I'm keeping my dogs as calm as possible. If I get up and go towards that dog they will really go crazy."

She is just freaking out screaming at the top of her lungs "Why did I even bring this dog over here? Why didn't I leave this dog at it's house?".

    I'm thinking "Yeah, why?".

Meanwhile her mom comes slowly down the street with the leash in her hand and the younger one is screaming all this at her, now.

The mom is so null and void that she doesn't even comprehend when her daughter and my hubby are telling her the dog is hiding under the bush.

Finally, after they both frantically ask if there is poison ivy in the bush, the younger one goes under and drags the dog out and carries it home.

Like I would help her anyway after all the hell they've put me through for over 5 years.

Idiots. Their trying to show off, with a dog that didn't even belong to them, backfired on them - Big Time, lol

  18. I feel sorry for their dog. Not the dog's fault it has shit humans in charge of it
