we saw John Wick 3.

Now i dun wanna be a spoiler but i was a tad dissapointed. there're more knife and sword killing than guns, and im not sure they topped the death toll of the 2nd movie.
however, he used horses to rear kick peoples heads in and there were 2 german shepherd attack dogs. he also ble 2/3 of one guys head off with a shotgun and in a swim pool he blew chunks of skulls out that floated, so all in all, yeah was a pretty ok movie. not great, not even good.... but aight.

Hubby has been working so hard on his little organic vegetable garden.

I'll have to make some pics soon, since it's early on. Later, I'll make more pics of the growing progress.

I don't know how he's been doing all this work other than stubborn determination. One day he actually told me that he felt he needed to suffer.

I was surprised to read that monarch butterflies in the US are disappearing.

So the US Fish and Wildlife Service is considering adding monarch butterflies to the list of endangered species. Decision will be made in June.

^i rarely see butterflies or bees anymore. It makes me sad. We're in trouble without bees

I've been letting the dandelions grow (i'm sure my neighbors hate me) to attract bees. But then the city drives around and sprays pesticides to control mosquitos. I'm sure that affects the native bee population too

 

oh yes, keep all the pesky wildlife off our lawn.

recently there was a thing in the news about trees being draped with nets to stop birds nesting in them.

They are all vanishing as if they had never existed. The insects, the plants, the animals, the fish, the birds, and the damned microbes for all I know, while the big question for the day is who shot JR and is it OK to say Nazis are unAmerican.

 

We're off to Walmart for the big cat food haul and then the rest of the day will be spent checking our list of everything we need to take to softball tournaments.

We have to have the triplets on the field at 7:15 in the morning and it will be at least a 12 hour day at the ballpark.

 

My cats keep catching the butterflies.

One of the outdoor mama kitties killed a squirrel today and brought it to her babies. They are about 3 or 4 weeks old.

 

Apparently it’s good money.
