    Had the blood test last week and it showed that I should have a physical exam..there is prostate cancer history in my family,my father died from it.

    I had the biopsy fucking hell man there are some things you should never have to go through ! Nearly fainted when I had a piss after ,, what fun !

    Dice's Lasagna...

    • Remove one Stouffer's lasagna from the box
    • Place in microwave and cook on high power for 7 minutes
    • Remove plastic and cook for an additional 7 1/2 minutes at 50% power
    • Let stand 1 minute to complete the cooking process
    • Enjoy!
