Yesterday was a nice day and a busy day.

Hubby and I even grabbed some lunch "out" which we literally have not done in years. It was like a date, lol


I just hung up from making his doctor appoint for next week to see about the place on his hip that looks like skin cancer. This appointment will also address his high blood pressure.

That's all I've got right now.

 

I'm a strong believer in the idea that dates are very important in long term relationships.

 

I just knew it.. as I wrote that post, I knew someone was going to post dates.

Incidentally the café next door does a pizza with dates and walnuts on it.

Somewhere in my memory is something about my mother, dates, and cream cheese.

Of course there's also canned sardines, soda crackers, and mustard in those exotic lunchtimes with my mom memories.

 

It does sound pretty yuck. I didn't find it too bad but I don't go and get it again soo..

I didnt see much snow this past winter.. what we did vanished quickly. rather have a ice yard in the winter than a mud yard. but my heating bill isnt bitching
