What's Happening???

I had that in basic training. Very painful.

 

From running?

The most painful i had it was when i was about 27 or 28 in which i forced myself to continue training despite the pain. Foolish, i know.

 

Yeah from running. We ran from 4 to 5 miles per day. It didn't take me to develop a lot of pain.

 

Sitting here tonight and watching the clock...and checking my bank's website. I'm hoping my Connecticut tax refund can show up before my birthday on Sunday. I highly doubt my federal tax refund will show up then. SIGH!

Other than that? A forecasted 2 to 4" of snowfall went bust here (just south of Hartford). We barely got an inch. Ha!

 

Yes....The Ninja must rest a tad.......

Were you guys running with a bunch of gear or with regular running clothes? I know shin splints were fairly common in USMC basic but I think that was from running on sand with gear?

I really like the concept of this cd because it's about living your life. So Furious Fred is a part of emotion that feeds off the fear you aren't doing anything with your life. The dead are pissed off with the whinging and whining over the living as they complain about everything. And apparently I need to live the way I want to and how I want to live life and that if I'm not, I'm a pussy Ho and I need to get fucked, motherfucker.

My work gave me free NCAA Basketball tickets to do some photo shoots for marketing

I can write off my miles traveled as a business expense. Hell yeah!

 

If you learn from it, it indeed is. Its like i have a knack for knowing when to give my body a rest and when to push through the pain. No need to always stop when you're in a little pain. Sometimes its best to push through it.
