Not cute here. They're invasive and are endangering the ground nesting birds.

It does make me sad though. Humans are responsible for bringing them in the first place, now we have to kill them and it's not really their fault.

Our animal control doesn't deal with wild animals. They tell you that if you trap one you are not to relocate them. There's no option but to dispatch it yourself.

 

I've been very sick with IBS all day.

I'll have to add barley soup to my list of foods not to eat.

Promotion or not, going to send my resume just to test the waters. I will never work for a dysfunctional company again and shades of dysfunction have been showing for a while here.

 

My son has worked for a very dysfunctional company for 6 months.

It's ending badly for all the employees. They are being treated badly so they will quit vs being fired.

Probably after today, my son will not be employed.

There were signs all along but he was in lower-management and kept trying to help improve things.

I think you're doing the right thing to send out resumes.

 

That sucks, sorry your son is going through that. Wtf is wrong with these companies?

I get there’s no perfect employer but there’s a difference between not being perfect and dysfunction. Management swearing and yelling at people, I didn’t think I was being invited to something so unprofessional. Working from home is a saving grace, no way could I see those people everyday
