Roger Stone warns Trump's presidency is in peril - CNNPolitics excerpt: "Corey Brettschneider, author of the recent book "The Oath and the Office: a Guide to the Constitution for Future Presidents" says that a candidate who undermines elections cannot be taken seriously when they later take an oath to defend the constitutional system. "Certainly, cheating in an election or committing illegal acts to influence an election not only undermines a future president's integrity, it represents an existential threat to democracy, especially when it comes to colluding with a foreign government," Brettschneider said. "If Trump cheated on the way to becoming president, he betrayed his oath to defend the basic law that underlies our system of self government," he said."
Newt Gingrich liked to promulgate the welfare queen stereotype. In the 1990's, Gingrich publicly accused a black woman of being on welfare. The press spoke to her. She wasn't on welfare and was working multiple jobs. Return of the 'Welfare Queen' By John Blake, CNN Updated 5:32 PM ET, Mon January 23, 2012 Return of the 'Welfare Queen' - CNNPolitics
Trump calls his own intelligence agencies naive and suggests they go back to school. He had nothing to say about Russia or climate change.
It's a long social engineering plan but it worked. Americans consistently blame welfare and not the CEO. Even if you show them how little of their tax goes to giving food and housing to unemployed people it does not matter. The problem is always a huge group of people who are exploiting you by not working since they know you will. Welfare checks are not that much. You don't really have the cash for nice things. Well maybe if you don't buy food which some do. Some Republican sees a Iphone in the ghetto and all of the sudden we need a wall.
On that note, it's interesting that Jill Stein pushed for a recount in three states that tipped the election for Trump--Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin--and got one only in Wisconsin. Wisconsin confirmed the 2016 results, and all three would have to flip to change the outcome, but it does leave one wondering if any hanky panky went on.
I remember when Reagan was running for The Presidency, the Republicans put out on the AM radio channels that they had found a Black woman who had 47 children and was going from town to town to collect welfare benefits. Another fake tale they told us was about a Black man who owned a welfare Cadillac. Both fake tales were made up by the Republican machine to enrage White guys who feel their taxes are too high because of colored people. The Republican voter has a strange hate for the concept of civil rights and government services.
A Former Pastor Of Trump’s Church Says He Never Saw Him There “He was not an active and visible member of the church, no,” Pastor David Lewicki recalled. By Sara Boboltz January 30, 2019 A Former Pastor Of Trump's Church Says He Never Saw Him There | HuffPost excerpt: "The president’s relationship with Christian faith is seen by many as insincere. Although he won support among evangelicals, Trump has an odd history of bungling his Bible references, once calling the New Testament book 2 Corinthians — usually referred to as “Second Corinthians” — as “Two Corinthians.” Students at the evangelical Liberty University reportedly snickered. The president’s strong public support of Bible study legislation ― an apparent reaction to a “Fox and Friends” segment ― raised eyebrows elsewhere on Twitter too. A number of people on the president’s favorite social media platform pointed to specific Trump administration policies that seem to violate basic teachings of the Bible."
Well make sure you are sitting first; because, Sarah Sanders just said God wanted Donald J Trump to be our president!.
Trump hid a secret meeting with Putin with no other Americans present a secret from his entire staff when he was in Buenos Aires. Trump and Putin sat down for meeting in Buenos Aires with no U.S. staff, report says Odds of Patriots winning super bowl? 2:1 Odds of Trump being a Russian asset? 16:3
“Perhaps intelligence should go back to school” Do you think Trump is going to start up Trump University again?
The Trump White House has just fired a woman with a spotless record. She has worked for the United States for 18 years and had no prior issues. Her job was processing security clearances. She had checked Jared Kushner's background and recommended against issuing a clearance to him. She was overruled by Trump's appointee and Kushner who is not qualified to have access to sensitive government information now has it. So it appears she has filed a lawsuit and the information is listed in that documentation. It sure sounds like Trump has retaliated against a qualified government employee who has demonstrated integrity over the years.
The misguided decision was to keep those enslaved by communism from escaping. Not sure I understand your historical reference.
Roger Stone Discovery Is 'Voluminous and Complex,' Mueller Team Says By Mike Scarcella January 31, 2019 at 01:45 PM Roger Stone Discovery Is 'Voluminous and Complex,' Mueller Team Says | National Law Journal excerpt: "Stone’s defense lawyers and the prosecution team, including lawyers working for Special Counsel Robert Mueller III, agreed to designate the case as “complex.” The move eliminates any demand from Stone that he be brought to trial quickly."
I said at the time he announced he was running, and I say so now that Mr. Trump has no business being president because he is unqualified. How someone who had spent his entire career in the private sector could possibly be fit for the highest public office is beyond me. The fact that so many of his cabinet members have changed in just two years to me is proof positive of this. Say what you want about VP Pence and his political leanings, at least he has done plenty of time in political office prior to this, and I do wish he had been at the top of the ticket.
trump says that the information given to the senate intelligence committee was fake news. how in the hell is that possible? we have a record of what they said. trump is obviously senile, and there has to be a way to remove him from office post haste.
