I was the passenger in a car accident yesterday. It was weird. Kind of a reminder how dangerous driving is--and you never really think about it until it happens.

    Was that your first accident?
I've been in 4 that I can remember off the top of my head.

Nah, I have been in a few--one where I got a bit hurt (also as the passenger that day).

    Never any fun though.

Yeah. My worst was when a drunk man jumped in front of me, through my windshield. :(
I still get a grip of panic when I cross a intersection at night, so I mostly try not to drive at night.

Holy shit, that is traumatizing, Joce!!!!

Ugh, what a nightmare. What ended up happening to the man?

  6. I need a lil chocolate.
And a hot shower before bed.
I have this amazing japanese tonic that not only makes my skin all soft, but also makes me smell like the spring.

    Sigh. Spring.

    Remember spring?

I recall vague bursts of green, air that does not freeze my face, and the sweet smell of flowers blooming. But perhaps it is just a dream...

    Dead on impact.
I didn't see him, the cars behind me said he just jumped out. I learned at the coroners hearing that he was mentally unstable and had been dragged off the road the week before at the same spot. The general consensus was that he used me to kill himself. His family tried to get me for negligent driving, but not even the prosecutor would listen to them. I don't think I was ever going to get into big trouble over it, the police always said to me it would be okay, still court/coroners hearing was scary, I had to answer questions I didn't understand. The family used words like "echelon**" in my questions, to try and get me to admit that I was somehow racing beside a car that was not next to me but like I said, there were people behind me that saw it all happen.

It was just lucky I didn't have a passenger, which really was luck because I would normally have my wife with me, but she stayed at this nightclub while I went to pick some friends up. If anybody was in my passenger seat they would have been hit by him and the glass which caved in, half a second earlier it would have been in my face. :(

  12. I think tonic is like a watery thing for your body, instead of a lotion.
Toner is for face (I also have an amazing Japanese one, it's one of the best things I've ever put on my face).

I still have the newspaper article somewhere, they even manipulated it to make me look like I was in the wrong because I was P Plate driver who just got my license, my provisional license. Every photo the media took made sure that P plate was in the photos and wrote the article to sound like "Another P plate driver ends in fatal accident". That was around 13 years ago I think. well, I no longer remember the date but I can easily work it out because Jeff Gordon won at Martinsville two days later. Behind all the horror I was facing at the time, the sleepless nights, I got up to watch that race at like 3am and my hero won which was kind of significant because I remember being in the police car and the only thing I could do to get my mind off what was happening was to hope he would win this race.

So, 12 years later or so I made my way to Virginia, to Martinsville and I watched him win his final race. Really, you couldn't script that. It was almost like closure.

I can remember 3 accidents I was in (with the exception of a few minor bumps that didn't cost much in body damage)

My most memorable was when I was driving a GMC Suburban, and the back axle dropped while I was exiting the freeway. I had to steer myself to safety with the back axle gone. No one was hurt.

Gotta head to the shops for some rabbit pellets. Their little mouthsies need to eat soon. Axalta escaped when I opened his pen the other day, took us about 10mins to get him back in, he was loving it. Doing binkies all over the yard, hiding in the hedge. Eventually we had to chase him with a broom. :p

  18. Whamisa Organic Flowers Toner Deep Rich

It's gonna make your face so soft and hydrated.
Sometimes I just cleanse, and do two layers of that, and that's it.
Look for a mini version first, a tester.
That's what I first did, and I ended up loving it.

  19. I did both at the same time.
