seeing what I have left over here. maybe buy some climbing shoes and harness . ideally I want to build a harness contraption in my spare room .. spike some plywood to the ceiling to give it strength and use the harness to to flip and hang upside down more freely and not in an upside down platform.
just hanging upside down during the intro lesson made me feel better. Ive to go a few more times in the late weekday morning to see if I want to commit to membership, its not much but dont want to toss 60$ out the window if I dont have to..
