Another interesting fact was that two contractors were hired to produce the next best tank, that was Herschel and Porsche. The Porsche was actually better in evert single way except Herschel managed to fit an 88 anti aircraft Canon to his prototype. The Porsche actually sank into the ground when it was lowered off the truck by crane. F. Porsche declined Hershels invitation for his design to drag it out. This left a bad impression despite the Porsche actually having better movement and economy. Hitler favored the bigger cannon on the Herschel Tiger.

Well that was a mistake. He was only concerned about stopping a tank at 1500 meters, which was great I guess at one stage. But when the resources ran out the rediculous fuel consumption of the tiger produced very costly.

By the time the Tiger came in production phase, Hitler had already demanded an upgrade with better cannons and more armour, a tank thay couldn't be stopped. He put Herschel and Porsche back to the drawing board, the now more heavily armoured Tiger II by Herschel easily won the job. Again economy was tossed aside with assumption the war would be over by winter. Heavier armor, more fuel consumption.

Its almost like offense and defense lol. You don't win superbowls without a good defense. You can't beat the world if you run out of fuel. Lol.

Finally Wrote In My Diary That He Had Been Taken By A Fox......Another 3 Hours Roll By And I Walked

Out In The Backyard To "Take A Leak"......And There Under A Shrub Was Jackson......I Had So Many

Mixed Feelings As Wether I Should Hug Him......Or Put Him In The Blender.. ....He Seems OK But

Very Subdued..... So My Guess Is He Encounted The Fox And After A Brief Fight Got Away......

I'm surprised that you are boxing with the injury you got.

 

I saw a orthopedic shoulder surgeon Thursday December 27th. He said take a week off and if it's still sore after 2 weeks come and see him for further tests.

Well its been a week and my shoulder/arm feels great. No soreness holding focus pads, and no soreness hitting heavy bag...
I'm full joy....

I drove hubby to his monthly pain doctor visit yesterday and they found his blood pressure to be 201/96.

They told him to go see his regular doctor but I couldn't get him to go.

He's not going to go today, either. He was up all night so he just went to bed.

Maybe he will go next week.

 

Saw birdbox last week...never heard of it before watching, just seemed interesting from the description. Next day and ever since, that's the only movie people are talking about.

 

What is the reason for his reluctance?

 

He's not been sleeping well due to stomach issues and due to pain with the neuropathy so he's tired.

Plus he's just reluctant to address it and to get on medication.

He's a stubborn man.

Yeah, like Bugs said up there.. I've known a few men who would rather ignore a problem than go to the doctor. Then again, I've done that... but it's more laziness

Hope he feels rested soon. Being tired makes everything else so much harder to cope with.
