Humm. I didn't think of that. I will adjust my shopping today. Maybe I'll have luck with a ugly Christmas T-shirt find.... and wear that underneath the sweater. Take off sweater when it gets warm...

But yeah, it's a very positive movie.
Both have their issues and are a bit quirky, and together - they work!
I feel like despite everything, they're both more sane than other people lol.
They have fun and are good for each other.
Damn Pete, now I want to watch it again. It's been a couple of years.

And I think this is the first film I've seen Jennifer Lawrence in.

 

She's a pretty good actress. She should stick to doing quirky movies rather than big blockbuster type movies. I liked her in Silver Linings Playbook

 

^I'm not a huge fan, but I loved her in that movie.

I think it's a very good love story.
They're both a bit damaged, like real people.

 

I did a lot of Turkish today.
I think we have an exam in February.

 

I do really like the dance routine they come up with all on their own.

I'm gonna watch Life Is Beautiful after my dads n shopping today.

Just me, my 4 girls and box of tissues. Hopefully not the whole box.

It's raining, but it'll turn to snow soon. Meant to be snow all before Xmas but Xmas day is supposedly nice and sunny albeit -9 in the morning. I'll just heat my pergola with the heaters like last year. I've also made my potato salad now. That's all I was making the potato salad and the pork, my guests are meant to bring the other salads and whatever else.

 

I have this whole album in tab in a book.

 

Should I go last minute Christmas shopping today, or should I delay it to the ultimate challenge: Christmas Eve Christmas Shopping?

I just need a few things. And I don't really need them, but they would be nice to "complete" certain gifts.

 

I went shopping this morning and it wasn't that bad at all, I even got to the coffee shop first to order my white chocolate mocha with nobody in line.

Oh then this was funny, we found two single couches to sit on while we wait for our coffee and then when we get the coffee we walked out into like a line of people and my wife says to me "grr why couldn't we stay in there, we were safe in there. Now we're around people" it made me laugh.

But really it's wasn't all that bad.

And chill tomorrow.

 

Mmmm, that is indeed what I think I will do. There is an artisan fair at a local brewery today, I might walk over there and try to find something special.

 

So, the book I wanted, it is being delivered tomorrow. Problem is my local post office is shut down for the year. So I've now redirected it to be send via DHL so I have a chance at least of getting it by end of week. I hope so.

 

Damn the saga continues :-/

I can't even really remember now lol. I'm 90% sure it's the first book in a series about Tiger Tanks on the Eastern Front.

 

Just like the movie (and really, i am actually a critical western fan Might seem lately that i dig every movie with a western theme But this one is just topnotch. Above expectations even)
