Cheese and tomato, salami baguettes. I can't afford the restaurants. Although I did have a great cheeseburger today.

Sippin' on a cold Woodstock, beverage
Got me trippin' looking up at the sky, heaven
Rednecks living in Mittenwald it's a blessing
But some o'yall rappin' bitches need lessons
This ain't for errybody, you gotta love it
Love it so much you can't stop from thinking of it
Love it like the wife in your life..
And love it like a jacked up truck when she's running just right
Love it like the brand the new tires
That just rolled up, in my Ford Ranger truck
You gotta love it like we love mud
And some folks love to smoke bud and drink suds
    *we do whuuuut*
    It's a lifestyle that we're all livin'
Made for the country yeah your city is a prison
Respect is earned around 'ere it ain't given
Livin' off the grid is my life long mission
    *I'm gone fishin'!!*

Not unlike any other country folks. I mean, they wear flannelette and work and go to the pub. We also have a plethora of trailer parks. To many, it is cheaper to rent a lot at a trailer park than it is to rent a house or unit.
And yes all the campers are decked with German flags, old black, white and red German flags. Iron cross flags. Occasional confederate flags :D
But the country folks, they're just farmers. Work hard, drink hard. Very family though, but that's not unlike other countries.
I get sad when I hear about those folks who just can't get out of the country farms, like they never see a city or anything. But they're like that too. You grow up on a farm, that's your life, that's drilled into you young. ANd that upsets me because, there's a big world out there and, I want to take every one to see it.

What I am expecting at B&S ball is, the Volk drinking and listening to music while the tourists and city folks probably getting into fights :D

I'm working on it :D I'm trying to get a friend to get on board with it, but I don't know anyone that plays acoustic or a banjo :(
The one time I recorded on a album was folk, I tried talking to him but he thinks it's stupid. :p

I've met a lot of Germans, there are a lot who live around here. my sister dated a German guy, my boyfriend's sister is married to one. But all the German people i've known have been very urbane and polished. I think I would like to meet a country German person. In person I mean, obviously I know ol' Irm on here

I'm a weirdo though. I'm all about fun, wheras other would be more about their livelihood. See, my uncle who runs our farm he's all serious 100% of the time, and I'm not serious 100% of the time so our personalities clash and he's raised that side of the family to work, family farm is life. I go on the farm to drive on the dirt road and shoot wild goats. I'm a time waster to him, we get along fine, but just they're different to me. I try get my cousins out for a good time, but they gotta wake up in the morning to do things. I dunno. I help out when I can like pest control and helping putting up fences, but I am not interested in farming the animals or any of that. I just go out in my own little world, but we don't farm much for profit anymore we just farm for local butchers and shops, so it's not like a career for me anymore, for a long time. I'm already searching for ways to buy out the whole thing when they do die, so I have a huge property :p I think my cousins would jump at the money and then I'd have my own farm which would be cool, but I doubt I'd work it to make a profit.

I think I'd be like Glen, well how I picture him anyway. Just a big country property, all on our own out there. Might have to put on clothes once in a while when a visitor comes.

Honestly, I'd love to host a music festival on our property, 3 day gig. Free camping and all, get folks from all over the place come and party down. Sounds silly but I'd love to do it. Like my own personal Woodstock.

Anyone going to Mittenwald?? I'll put us on the map :)

not silly at all, I had some friends that did this when we were all in our early twenties. Not on a large scale, just friends and friends of friends so maybe 150 people and some local bands on a stage they built, but they always planned to make it larger one day. No one ever really bought the land to do it though.

but if I ever have the money and buy a lot of land i'm gifting some of it to my friends so they can see their dream through.
