flurry here now. my shoulder hurts today but I recall my last shot there 20yrs ago. felt good the first day, then pain for 4 day and perfect after that.. keeping my fingers crossed.

I use to go for Trigger Point Injections in the Trapezius muscles. They hurt to get but helped to break up the muscle spasms. Those were Lidocaine injections.

I use to also get steriod shots in my knees but I could only get those every 6 months. They helped for a good long while as I recall.

Also, I was on Supartz injections in my knees. They were a series that had to build up over time.

I don't get any of that help now because I'm not insured and haven't been since 2009.
