What's Happening???

I moved stuff around in the living room. It's okay but "meh".

I'm going to get Piper another kennel after Christmas. Emma's is a nice, normal size large dog kennel.

Piper's was used and given to me. It's ginormaous and old and rusted. A Great Dane could stand up in it with no problem.

I'll eventually get this nasty carpet torn up, too. It won't look any better but I'll be able to sweep the floor. This carpet is so awful that it clogs up the vacuum cleaner after one swipe.

Anyway, that's what's happening here.

 

So I'm getting ready for my outing (clubbing) this weekend and it feels like I'm never coming back again. I can't help but think of what might happen if someone loses their cool or something goes terribly wrong. Granted, everyone gets patted down at the entrance, so that's something of a relief. Security isn't bad, but I still feel a bit bruised from last Wednesday's horror down the freeway. Perhaps it's good to remember...

 

I like to think of things like that as lightning strikes. Lightning isn't likely to strike again so soon in the same place.

I just saw a guy missing most of one ear. Walked with a slight limp but mostly normal otherwise.
I have seen every variation of missing limbs. Most variations of fingers, missing noses, chins, hair, nails, eyes, genitals, brains, parts of skulls, feet, and teeth. But this is the first time I saw a missing ear...or at least most of it.

Anyone got any tips on rolling your r's?

I've been sitting here buzzing like a bee - pezzzzzo - for 20 minutes

in high school we would hand out by the wall, there was a hair salon there. This dude owned it, we called him green ear cause he had a green ear. It was like rotted or something.. once walking up the alleyway, i dropped my bookbag and was picking up my pens when this green ear fuck grabbed my arm, said I was writing on his building I was not. I pulled out a switchblade knife and said get your hands off me. He let me go and I grabbed my bag and ran down the alleyway.. He got in a car and chased me.. at one corner he said something to me and i swung my book bag to my right and smacked him right in the face with it. then I jumped thru a couple yards and got home. my mom called the cops, cops went up there and then he come down in the police car. then he admitted to grabbing a kid I was 15 or some shit. cops asked me about the knife and I was like creepy green ear tried to kidnap me. a week later or so I did write on his wall .. probably drew a killroy.

 

I'm sure the Internets has some good tips and tutorials if you really want to learn...

I don't speak spanish very often but I know I do something with my tongue when I roll r's.

And spent hours practicing over the last couple of years
I dunno why I asked really, in hopes someone would offer a tip i've never heard maybe

But one thing i've learned from the youtube comment section on these tutorials is there are plenty of native spanish speakers who cant roll their r's either. So thats cool

 

I could ask my friend who grew up in Tijuana, she always corrects my Spanish pronunciations

She speaks (seemingly) very proper. It's slightly amusing because when she speaks English, her accent is not what I'd consider the stereotypical Mexican accent but still certain words she says, have a definite accent. Like I know certain b words she'll pronounce with a v sound.

Ok its a date

 

I've been waiting for those words for a while.

 

I got into a mood yesterday and it really brought me down. Just something that someone said to me on Facebook. I dunno it just triggered this spiral collapse when I'd been so high and positive. So anyway I've been moody. So my miss tries to pick me up by going out and getting us something to eat. The coffee was nice but I took one bite from the food and closed the lid and put it away from me. It was disgusting. She ate hers though. Then knowing I'm still in a mood and now more annoyed at the food she then goes back out and gets me a lamb kebab which I shovel down like I had not eaten in a month.

However, I am still in a mood. So I explain to her although I talked this out, my brain hasn't registered yet that I'm okay and content with what happened so although I feel fine, I'm in a sour mood that will probably last days and I can't snap it.

I just feel like a horrible person because of this. It's those time I think to myself maybe I should do us both a favour and get on the happy pills, but I still maintain that I do not want to take mood enhancers that will only manipulate who I really am.
