My favorite though, I remember...and it is a series ...

Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time series. Its rather long, and it was a glorious read.

OMG! @rollingalong I am VERY glad I read through all of this before I talked to Todd. lol Lord have mercy...when I really read the name of "that book" (I was a Lion Tamer) and the author (Claude Balls)...I contemplated just how stupid I can be in front of a world wide audience!

I've always wanted to write, and even have written some short stories, and that's the truth.

Then they will get lost on a computer that died on me, or languish in various note books....but they all are awaiting a magic fairy to come and find them. I have my pen name ready.

ok the coconut oil is done.....it smells so amazing..caramel is cut up and in the freezer....always cool off anything about to be dipped in chocolate...makes life easier.....I ran out of parchment so I have to put tis on hold until morning

also needed room in the freezer so I deskinned all my frozen tomatoes into a big pot by dunking the in boiling water for 3ish seconds to loosen the skin....I have Italian sausage and ground beef for ragu sauce...which wont be infused lol......must remember….dont use glass jars to freeze the sauce this tie.....fuckers all broke last year....I was in tears

rolling- shouldnt you can the sauce? then it would just be taking up ambient temp shelf space instead of freezer space. i think sauce can be water-bath canned too (high acid), should only need to be pressure canned if you add meat to it. if i am freezing sauce though, i use ziploc freezer bags, and freeze them flat with all the air pressed out. sauce bricks. once they are frozen you can stand them up vertically, saving space.
something to consider anyways.

i havent read wheel of time, i dont want to get pulled into another epic tale that i cant put down, i dont have time. maybe someday. ive just read a lot of "first books" in a series and i hate that they are all just dangling out there unsatisfied, because i dont have the next book.

edit to add:
err, just reread post and saw you'd be using meat. freezer bag it then. or cook off the meat and freeze THAT in ziploc bags, and can the sauce without it. add cooked meat when you use the jar of sauce.

it ont last long.....I just need to save some for my son in law....the kids are all still vegetarians so they cant have any....i'll eat the rest within a few weeks at most....share some with divorcee


@Orison my ex from over a decade ago cant handle my son and has been texting crap to me for weeks...every day...all day....big long epic text messages where she brings up my dead mom about every 40 messages lol...my eyes get sore trying to read the all so I usually dont....I wait till she gets out of hand and then call her a deadbeat mom[she was] and that usually shuts her up for awhile

 

she brings up my ex and she didnt even know me at the time,, I was single/playing field for over 2yrs .. crazy nut, goes thru my phone text 2011 .. I didnt know her til 2012.. and that was 4yrs in. u kill your trust going thru my electronics.

 

Oh yeah, phones and shit are relationship breakers every time lol. Always someone spying on someone.

Our phones are actually linked to each other so if I get an email, text, voicemail etc. so does my wife, and then vice versa. That's a good thing about being in a open relationship with the trust is there's literally nothing to hide.

I know a guy in a recent relationship and first day she went into his phone and complained about the images on his phone of woman lol. I told him straight up that's not cool, this won't last. She's a vegan anyway and doesn't like to be around him when he eats meat so I cannot see it working tbh.

 

i dont hide anything .. the fact going thru my shit looking for something. 20min before that bullshit was "baby i need sex". im not driving up to her sisters house to fuck.
I was there the other day and SIL pretending to be cleaning. washing walls. nobody is buying that, when those walls wouldnt be dirty for any reason, no vents and no smoke.. lol take me for some idiot.
then i call them out on it. makes them so mad. haha
