I have a shopping box.

 

Ive big green cloth bags for shopping.. I go to stores and fill my bags., dump on the belt, fill at the end and roll. I hate when i get useless plastic bags.

 

We get boxes here like boxes the stock comes in. So they fill a cardboard box for you. Unless you bring your own bags. I mean they still have bags, but boxes are easier for me anyway.

I also have 3 garden bins in the backyard. One for cans, one for plastic and one for glass that are different to my recycling bin itself and these 3 bins I take to the recycling centre when they are full and I usually end up with about 25€ back from recycling. then I go and buy a box of Jack Daniels and that's €2.40 of recycling right there lol.

We are fine, but I see where NC is expecting some bad weather. That NC governor isn't playing around and I've been watching him on TV. @Meliai you are right about the power people being pro-active....I've even seen some of the high high bucket trucks doing some stuff on the lines. I'm sort of concerned about the wind and the many trees here, and I surely don't want the basement to flood. (Todd doesn't know how much he doesn't want the basement to flood either. lol j/k)

There really is no telling what is going to happen...but I bet the coasts of SC and NC and FLA (although I haven't heard them talk about FLA) are going to be weather-ripped. :/

 

i take all my cans and toss them over the fence., then the rain will wash them the best they can if not oh well. I spray some raid max on them to wipe out the flies.. pick them up when the pile gets high, ching ching.. gas money yay!!

 

There's also a forestry nearby that grows trees for burning and I really like this idea. I'm much more waste conservancy and envrio friendly lately.

 

Costco does that. I got so fed up lugging around cardboard boxes full of groceries like I wroked there, that I finally broke down and bought their bags.

Guess that's their real goal

 

Our Costco doesn't do any bags just the trolleys, which is why I actually have the box to begin with so I can load the box and bring it all inside. Huge gigantic trolleys lol. One good thing about Costco is because they replicate USA I'm guessing, the car park bays are enormous probably due to the oversized trolleys.

 

my bags will hang off the side the cart or inside i wish.. or I can just carry them. lot of times get weird looks by lpo why i am loading these bags moving like a tweeker.. I dont like stores.. I know what I want., where it is, Im getting and gone..

I wouldn't have a Kurt Busch poster though or flag. though I hear he's moving over to Gnassi next year in #1 car. Not sure where McMurray will end up, I always felt bad for him like in mid 2000s that guy won every marquee race in a year and since then he's nowhere best finish was 2nd and I was there lol, 2nd to Jeff Gordon.
