What's Happening???

I slept through my alarm.. the one day I really needed to be at work on time. Bugger.

 

Might give that treadmill another whirl. lol, Purnz, he's gonna be upset when I tell him "hey I decided to leave my team, but I'm not joining yours". Lol.

I get this from him like every day all these subtle hints to join his team.

 

Just ran 20mins on the treadmill. I cranked it to 12.5kmh last 5 mins, ran 3.27km my calves hurt. One I get my legs toned though I'm going to enjoy it. I found planting my heel first was better for the belt tension I could finally jog normal if I stayed on the left side.

I'm just going to look in the mirror to see if I've lost weight.

Nope. But I feel good sweating it out.

 

Yes, drinking baking soda water is good for UTIs because it decreases the acidity of the urine.

 

Nope, I'll just keep plugging along with my eyes toward the sky, holding my chin up and believing that everything is as it should be.

I was thinking about the Beanie Baby Ardvark this morning - the one that came in happy meals. My cats sure love that one toy.

My daughter has been keen on getting a second kennel for Piper so I can have one at my house and she doesn't have to keep lugging the one from her apartment over to here when Piper stays with me.

I know it's because she plans to be spending time with her, until now, estranged wife. There's still the restraining order but it may be lifted when my daughter goes to plea/arraignment on Thursday.

Anyway, that along with several other clues lead me to know that she spent Saturday night with her wife and hasn't told me.

This morning when she was asking me about kennel sizes and prices again, I just came out with it.

I can't stand having untruths between us.

She admitted that she had spent the night with her Saturday night and wanted to know who told me, lol

I told her that I'd just put together the clues.

When she was a teenager, she swore that I had her room bugged because I always knew what she was up to even when she tried to tell me differently.

I have strong thoughts and opinions about she and her wife reconciling but so far, nobody has asked me, lol

Working on how to help this one client. I started my presentation off with how to improve their image and culture. (They have one star and horrible reviews on Glassdoor)

I think companies fail to connect that their sales are directly related to how they treat their staff. They expect me to wave a magic wand and change their toxic image. I can only do so much to rebrand them. lol
