This show was from the days when pitbulls weren't considered dangerous, and there was no such thing as racism...….Buckwheat and Peety ???

It was hard for me to switch from Ben Cartwright to Commander Adama, but he won me over...

Well I have a pitbull, but I don't have a friend named Buckwheat.
Remember the ballad he sang, "Ringo" ???

No, it was after Bonanza. I heard it on the radio....(opening)…...He lay faced down in the desert sand, a six gun clutched in his hand. An ounce of led shot from behind I thought he was dead, but late that night I used my knife and saved the life of Ringo.....lol

What's the deal with the TV show intro theme song? I mean what is this? They have to give us the concept of the show in song form now? What do the people behind this concept think we are? They can't just go, "here's the concept of the show, here's the characters. Ya interested? No? Change the channel." No, they have to sing us a song sbout it. What are we? Toddlers in need of a lulabye? You can't just tell me it's about four nitwits in an apartment complaining about their dating lives?

I guess that's how the musical got started...this concept of explaining things through song. I would love it if we could take that concept and apply it to daily life. Imagine starting off your Monday morning meeting by singing about the the topic of the meeting.

"Now, Bob, why don't you take a seat and sit right there
While I tell you all about how we're gonna land that account in Bel-Air"

I did, but at the time they wanted killers, not joy boys.. i dropped out about a year before iraq invaded kuwait, be almost 6months later before we were involved.
same i got from seeing Top Gun, but there was no way ever become a jet pilot .. I can however fly most modern helicopters, and personal aircraft its just a hobby mine. i could never fly alone due to my medical condition.. fml. check my bucket list..
