No.

I'm just on a ketogenic diet shed weight before the wedding. And when in ketosis, you cannot handle alcohol. This is the second weekend in a row where I've forgotten this.

Two drinks is about the most I can handle. I think I had four last night

Not nervous exactly, but...anxious. I just want to get it over with to be honest. I thought it would be this intimate thing between the two of us, but instead, it's this huge event to share with the world.

Everyone is either chiming in with their two cents or their complaints: Oh, you should do this or do that, I'm vegan so I can't eat that, I like such-and-such color for bridesmaids, I don't like the hotel, etc...

I've come to realize weddings aren't for the couple; they're for the couple's friends and family.

I can't wait to be a wife, but I'm so over being a bride already

 

I am actually glad my sister had a huge fancy wedding and my family had that experience already, and I can have a nice, simple, elegant small wedding.

 

I think I'll rest for a few weeks now (max one month), take care of everything health related. And then look for a normal, proper job

 

Waiting on a pork roll egg and cheese on a salt bagel. My favorite sandwich but God damn they take forever to make if you don't order ahead.

 

That's a fantastic sandwich. Also, scrapple instead of pork roll is the tits. *drool*

 

I don't speak New Jersey/Pennsylvania.

I understand the individual words, but I have no clue what a pork roll egg bagel sandwich is.

Why ruin it with cornmeal and flour?

 

I imagine for texture, shape, and to make it more filling.
Or perhaps the Amish used it as a way to make the pork "go farther". I'm honestly not sure. I just know it pleases my palette.

I hear ya. I had a pretty big wedding, it seemed at times about my parents and their friends. lol
