Not a fan but they were co headliners at the Summerland tour when I saw them. They were ok live. He was a special guest at the pumpkins show thursday....along with many others who I don't know the names of besides Courtney love. (The guy from deftones, the guy from joy division, 2 guys from the killers, a guy from AMI, or was that and, or ima, or some random 3 letters with an a in it.)

My daughter had dinner and a long talk with one of her best friends last night. We're trying to chip away a the isolation she's imposed on herself.

She's felt suicidal, according to the friend she went out with last night. I'm horrified but not surprised, if that makes sense.

It's so difficult to know the right things to say to her at this point, being her mother.

I'm so glad she's let this one levelheaded friend in.

Hopefully she will continue to let us love her and will start to feel worthy of it.

I pray this will be a light in her darkness.

 

I just couldn't be bothered lol. I have really wanted to stop doing the articles as it is very time consuming yet it's the articles that are the most engaged pieces of media on social media and everybody loves to read them. They literally put us a step ahead of anyone else doing what we are and everybody says they love my articles. So I will write the articles but often now a few days after the event which helps me out.

They're a way for everybody to remember and then engage in discussions etc. So they are popular. I used to develop an actual newsletter once a week which is what pushed us over the top as I had people telling me they're fantastic and nobody else does anything like this to promote themselves. My newsletters gave us a lot of publicity but they were just so time consuming mostly because I refuse to put out crap, so I would write them, all the articles had to be perfectly situated on my template, I would run translators all through it to make sure it was grammatical perfect.

Now I just write race recaps. This is going to be a long one though as I need to focus on 2 races in the one race. My side is easy peas, I was up front all night I know what happened but I can't ignore the other catagory so I need to go and review replays etc. to get their side of the story.
