What's Happening???

Aw, man. I got drunk last night and ate carbs

People usually go to Turkey and gain weight because the food is really good and cheap.


But I think I actually lost a lot of weight in these three weeks.

 

I can tell by how my clothes fit

I really want to have lasagne

I knew this wrestler kid back in high school who was so anal about his weight. He was always either gorging himself or fasting because he had to be a certain weight for his wrestling--meets? Matches? I know games isn't right...

Where was I? Oh yeah...

So I feel like him. I got fitted for my dress and I can't lose or gain an inch. So because I did something stupid last night, I'll have to fast today.

And I didn't even eat real carbs. It wasn't like I had a tarte flambee with a white wine, or artisan bread, or that I spent all day making a Sunday gravy to ladle on top of pasta.

It was goldfish crackers my nephew left here...

 

And we're going to Marmaris tomorrow.
And then leaving on Sunday.

And then - İstanbul, Ankara...

 

I make a great lasagna. Wonder if I can make it, freeze it, and air mail it to Turkey :-/

 

I think Sinatra had sandwiches shipped from this joint in AC to Vegas back in the day...

But... Sending lasagna to Turkey is a whole different ballgame.

Which begs the question, why did I bother making this post at all?

Maybe a test run sending lasagna to Jersey? I'm just trying to be helpful.

Think I need to be a little more careful with my humor on here with some folks (those that don't 'know' me, anyway)

Whether I actually will be careful is a different story, however. I mean, I crack me up, so... Mission accomplished? *shuffles about uncomfortably*
