It built off of the original series finale a little bit. It was the one with a priest who was psychic and could read where these were being held hostage for a weird medical procedure by rogue doctors that sewed a man's head onto the bodies of different people. Having half-watched (I doze) the full 8 or 9 season series I really enjoyed some of the inside humor and story line.

I don't think I watched beyond the first two seasons. I seem to remember them changing the concept of the show to be more popular, and I didn't like it as much.

But, like everyone alive in the 90s, I had a thing for Gillian Anderson

I didn't like her until more recently though. She's a really good actress. Yea, they made a few seasons sort of wacky and then they took away agent Mulder and put in Agent john Dogget and somebody else (I don't remember her last name; Monica something). Mulder had supposedly been abducted, but you find out what really happened at some point in the last season, which I think i slept through. But he's back for the movie.

    Mission Impossible: Fallout

I've never been so interested in this series, but I am starting to think it's because I had never seen one in the theater before. The action is the sole reason to see one of these, and it's pretty amazing. Whatever anyone thinks about Tom Cruise, he puts a lot of work into these movies and it shows. It's probably the best big budget movie I've seen this year... and the 3D actually works, or at least I didn't notice it.

Wasn't there a character in that series called Deepthroat?

I was gonna try and come up with some immature joke about that, but I guess it wouldnt apply to you anyways.

I thought this movie was pretty cool. It's about a woman's right to vote in early twentieth-century London.
