There are some critters that don't care for light. Two, off the top of my head are cockroaches and republicans.
After three days Trump finally agrees not to send U.S. citizens to Russia for Putin and the FSK (KGB) to interrogate. During the summit he thought it was a great idea. Putin submitted a list which included ambassador to Russia Michael McFaul and Bill Browder. Browder had invested heavily in Russia and exposed fraud in Russia. As a result his Russian lawyer, Sergei Magnitsky, was arrested, tortured and killed in retaliation. Several other of his associates were also beaten and robbed. As a result Congress passed the Magnitsky Act which put sanctions on Russia. Russia has tried to get its hands on him seven times I believe, including having him arrested in Spain. Trump thought it would be a good idea to hand him over. Others on the list (according to RT the Russian troll site) appear to be Christopher Steele (Steele dossier pee pee tape revelation), former U.S. deputy assistant secretary of state David Kramer, and Chris Brose, a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee. Both men were present when John McCain received the Steele dossier. Oh....and other former State Department officials. Again...Trump thought this was all a great idea. ......To hand over United States citizens and governmental workers to Putin for interrogation. And it took his staff three days to convince him not to do it. Three Days. Put that in your pipe and smoke it.
That's putting it mildly. Sounds like FSB-inspired propaganda to me. But no. It's just Ted Rall, described by Fox News commentator Berny Goldberg, in 100 People Who Are Screwing Up America ,as a "vicious, conspiracy-minded, hate-filled jerk". Sounds like a good description. We shouldn't worry about a hostile foreign power meddling in our election. What we really need to be worrying about is Hillary. Yeah, right.
We know that drumpf is not very intelligent, and knows nothing of the history of the cold war. He knows nothing about the KGB, and probably thinks that gulags were a good idea.
So...let's remember Bernie Sanders supported and voted for....Hillary Clinton for president. The DNC did nothing illegal, the leaked emails showed nothing illegal, an investigation was conducted that showed they did nothing illegal. ...and maybe Russia interfered? Okay Ivan, we believe you instead of the Central Intelligence Agency, Office of the Director of National Intelligence, F.B.I., National Security Agency, Justice Department, House Intelligence Committee, Senate Intelligence Committee and everyone else in the free world.
Director of National Intelligence Daniel Coats didn't know that Trump had invited Putin to the U.S. for a visit. ‘That’s going to be special’: Tensions rise as Trump invites Putin to Washington by Shane Harris, Felicia Sonmez and John Wagner July 19 at 8:15 PM ‘That’s going to be special’: Tensions rise as Trump invites Putin to Washington excerpt: "As the late afternoon tweet landed, Director of National Intelligence Daniel Coats was on stage at the Aspen Security Forum in the middle of an interview with NBC’s Andrea Mitchell, who broke the news to him. Coats, clearly surprised, took a deep breath."
Trump Says He’s ‘Ready To Go’ With $500 Billion in Tariffs on All China Imports By Terrence Dopp July 20, 2018, 6:44 AM EDT Updated on July 20, 2018, 7:24 AM EDT Trump Says He’s ‘Ready To Go’ With $500 Billion in Tariffs on All China Imports
Sad as it is to contemplate, the behavior of House Republicans suggests that they are complicit in Russian efforts to undermine our democracy, because they think the Russians are on their side.
Someone needs to inform Trump's officials, such as Director of National Intelligence Daniel Coats, to read all of Trump's latest tweets before they go to a news conference.
I believe the Tweet happened during the news interview. Some speculate it was done to embarrass Coats.
Might as well have a giant monitor behind the Trump official at the news conferences that show all of Trump's latest tweets as they happen. And have a dummy of Trump standing there holding a smartphone.
Then it would be a premeditated embarrassment, as opposed to all the other random, uncalculated embarrassments that stem from the sheer ignorance and incompetence of Trump and his administration.
