we have developmentally handicapped old guy here on the island ...he is into country western and calls himself dj powers Canadas foremost cassette dj....

he sets up in front of his house and plays horrible sounding music through awful sound system and he has a microphone and a sign....he is very professional...….sometimes he goes up and down the ferry line and asks people to buy hi a slice of pizza.....he sidles up and starts telling you how he is hungry and ythey sell slices right over there but he doesn't have any money
