Ordering take out tonight, from a local chicken place, and trying for the first time, grilled chicken with mango, and jalapeno peppers. Sounds really different.

It's got a long way to go before, or if, it ever becomes legal here. All this does is make sure the wording is proper, it's not even close to law yet.

Medical has been passed here for several years and not one person has been helped yet.

 

^sounds like GA, was reading the other day about how medical marijuana is "legal" in GA but it is illegal to grow or sell soo...yeah.

 

Twitter power punch, they have been neglecting a bridge here for over a decade. I slammed them with twitter posts.. So today they was on the bridge putting a band-aid on it. its a sloppy band-aid. Not fixing the problem just covering it up with asphalt. Same old shit-show.

@Irminsul (why wouldn't this thing take your name and finish it in blue like I wanted it to???!!! Anyway...from everything I've read and seen (real pics from the BIL) of Germany, it is one of the cleanest places in the world. Definitely y'all have the recycling thing down.

Here...everything goes in the trash. EVERYTHING! There may be some recycling done around here, but it is not talked about much less required.

I know that straws and plastic are bad for the environment, but I don't know what else to do but use them. Straws I rarely use; but, other plastic things I cannot imagine not using. Like everyone else, I have seen the poor turtle that has grown around the plastic 6 pack holder...what I don't get is how the hell those plastic 6 pack things seem to get in the ocean and still remain intact. Does no one on boats in the ocean keep their trash on board? Its late and I'm really not thinking deeply...but dang those plastic drink holders.

I've read where other biodegradable drink holders as well as straws have been designed; but I guess those things won't help that 2% get richer so these biodegradable products will never really be a thing.

OK...good night peeps. I have to try and get to sleep so I can get up early, wash clothes and go "eat lunch" in the early afternoon.
