Yeah, after a healthy Easter lunch, I realized I was hungry again about an hour ago.

I just ruined 7 weeks of clean eating in one trip to Jack in the Box.

 

Don't count yourself out just because of one cheat meal. That's life. Especially since it's Easter.

Wow, 7 weeks sounds great. I barely started on the 31st of March. I'm going to start all over again tomorrow. Today I had a big Easter dinner with family. I ate way more than my diet allows. Tomorrow though I have an appointment with my doctor who is supposed to be able to help me determine a healthy weight range. I want to come away from this appointment with a goal-weight; an actual number, but something tells me he's not going to tell me how much I should weigh. I remain hopeful though.
