scuffinf with sandpaper just makes it grab a bit better ...its more important that theres no oil or grease on it

maybe pack a bit of grease into them if theyre coming out anyway..

 

yeah they arent high speed or under pressure so its perfectly fine to just jam a bit of grease in them ...small screwdriver will pop off seals if they have any...just try not to butcher them..even a bad seal holds in some grease when its cold

 

i guess you mean bushings when you say bearings

im so cheap sometimes i pop out the bushings and install them 180 out to wear a new spot

 

Building was hit with a power surge. Now my Xbox won't turn on...and I have a game in there.
And do I lose all my games that I got with gold?

I have absolute shit luck with this generation of consoles.

 

Make sure all the power cable are removed from the console and let it sit with no power for a few mins. I dunno but my PC does this. It won't turn on and I literally gotta kill all power to it by unplug for a bit. Maybe it won't work, but worth a try. Sorry to hear. That would really shit me, if I lost all my madden.

 

I ended up having a lot of fun for a few hours and then I went home and I was alright and then I got tired real quickly and thought well ill just have a early evening. And so I went to bed and I woke up during my sleep feeling like I was going to be sick and my head spinning. So I got my ear plugs in which actually surprised me and the headspin went away and I fell asleep for a couple more hours. And then I got up and had a freezing shower and I'm hungover now. but have had some coffee and muffin toast and feeling a little bit better.
