People looking at my bare feet

I everybody,
Today I took my mom to dinner and we went to a nice Mexican restaurant. And yes I went in barefoot the people that work there know me and they are good with me being barefoot. And as we were looking over the menu the hostess was seating two other couples. And as my mom and I was talking I notice that both couples were looking and pointing at my bare feet. And I could hear some of what they were talking about and it was about my bare feet and my toe ring and anklets. And my mom ask me if we should just leave I said does it bug you that they are talking and Staring at my bare feet ? My mom said no I’m use to it and my mom is a wonderful woman she ever had a problem with me going barefoot she thinks it’s great that I do what feels right to me and she supports me and my barefoot lifestyle. So after we ordered the waiter asked me if the two couples are bothering me and my mom I said no it’s ok. Will the waiter went over to the couples and ask if my bare feet was bugging them . They said they wish they knew that they could be barefoot in the restaurant because they hate wearing shoes they prefer to be barefoot in this heat . So the waiter said that they are barefoot friendly. So one of the couples came to me and my mom and said sorry for looking and pointing at my bare feet. I said it’s ok at least you and the people you’re with are ok with bare feet . He said we love going barefoot but their are some places that do not like people walking into their restaurant in bare feet. I said I know I stay away from places like that . So as we were talking I notice that both couples took their flip flops off and they said that they were every sorry for the way they were acting it’s their first time that they have seen another barefoot person in a restaurant and nobody was complaining about someone’s bare feet and they were surprised. So they ask if they could join us and we said yes so we talked about how we got started going barefoot and how long we have been going barefoot. They asked my mom if she was surprised that her son loves being barefoot and she said no he hates socks and shoes and that i could not wait to go barefoot. And as we talked and Ate our food the couples gave me a great complement they said I have ever nice toes and even one of they ladies said that I have toes like a woman I said thanks . They said that most men don’t have good looking toes . I said I know but their are some men out there that have great looking toes and feet. As we finished out dinner I did mention about the hip forum and check out the barefoot forum and their are a lot of awesome people on that forum that love to go barefoot and talk about where they have gone barefoot and all the positive feedback they get and about some negative feedback. But the people on this forum are really awesome. So we finished eating and talking we exchanged numbers and we paid our bill and went on your way . I hope that we can get together again and talk more . Because out where I live there’s not a lot of barefoot people and most of the people I do run in to think that bare feet should only be in the house and not in public or public places. Will everybody keep barefooting
