Holiday Lasagna

I'm in my mid 60s and I never made lasagna. All the Italians I know tell me how easy it is. So I spend something like $60 on ingredients and took three hours out of my life to make it. It was put together for xMas food.

CAUTION to anyone who reads this... Read the ingredients carefully. The cheeses are listed in the ingredients section by weight, but when the lasagna is actually put together, the cheeses are measured by volume. Way too much cheese!
It went over quite well and I am truly pleased. I doubt I will ever make it again as it was far too much food for a single GWM who leads a dieting lifestyle.
Italian, BTW, is one of my FAVORITE cuisines and I seldom say no to any offering short of shellfish.
