Gamble Responsibly

It's early evening and my last day at a resort out of town. I've got a little bit of running around money and there is an MGM casino nearby. So I think I will cash in some of my per diem and play the slot machines for a while.
It's not an addiction with me. This week away from home has wreaked havoc on my diet and routine. Even though I have been cooking two meals a day in my hotel room, I still am not super attentive to the portions. And also since I have been away from my food and body weight scales, I have been indulging in things like gelato and cream sauces. Rigor will come back to my regimen when I return home.
For now I will allot myself a monetary cap and leave when the cash runs out.
