American Express - Don't Leave Home Without It (80's)
Of all the cards I have (or have had), American Express is truly the most superior with regards to customer service. I had need to use the services of a company for my continuing education. The service is needed every other year. This company decided to charge me an annual fee which I did not accept.
American Express reversed the charges, cancelled the card, and sent me a replacement.
There are some American Express cards that don't charge a fee. It's worth comparison shopping.
