      I would need more rice, or "arroz" to go with it though. I've got to have an equal share of meat and rice! Damnit I'm hungry!!

      @Eric! Carbs are good for you :) The sauce is so rich you get well filled up. That is a leg and thigh under the sauce. They call it a 'pierna' here.
