    I try rather hard to avoid all processed foods.

    i mainly try to avoid food but nutri-grain bars rule!

    cause they're shit

    and they fuck up your body, especially soda (it contains aspartame which has been linked to seizures and general not feeling well) and diet soda, along with a lot of other stuff, that contains splenda (or whatever the 'technical' name for it is) gives your body a surplus of insulin, because your body thinks its getting sugar and puts out insulin, but then there's no sugar so you've got that splenda crap and all the extra insulin in your body



    preservatives are bad because.. they just are :H

    This study clearly shows that blueberry is the favourite flavour, with 3 in 7 choosing it. Then why, i ask, is it one of the most difficult to get hold of?? No shops close to my home sells them, with the only place that they can be found being near my school, a whole 1 1/2 miles away!!! I think that shop keepers should wake up and smell the coffee, and start selling blueberry nutri-grains!!
