I understand what you are saying, and definitely spot-on about sticking our nose into other people's business. But after 16 years of watching us, training with us and fighting beside us, Afghanistan should have a clue by now, whether they want to exist under Taliban rule. If they don't desire to stand up as a country to fight for themselves, how many more years and how many more service members have to die for what's become a senseless cause? Afghanistan will never be what the free world thinks it should be.
