The fact that you're comparing the two proves I'm not the one who "needs to wake the fuck up."

What? Following your logic it's just a cross, right? Just a bunch of wild kids blowing off some steam?

This whole free speech thing is going way too far. Why the fuck should something like the KKK or the Westboro Baptist Church be legal?

    No, that's your logic.

Windows can be broken due to random vandalism and accidents. Pretty sure there is NO room for interpretation when burning a cross on someone's lawn.

    THAT'S a hate crime.

Sure, stuff happens. Or maybe it was a hate crime. But you just dismissed it. Just a window, right?

    Just a cross.

Do you really expect me to believe you can't tell the difference between something that could be a random act of vandalism and something with decades of institutionalized hate and racist symbolism?

Oops! That last one was not the article I thought it was, on the history of the USA and freedom of thought. It does have that quote I was talking about though. (I'm done for now :) .)

I thought you were going to post a link to the Supreme Court ruling that said hate crimes were constitutional.

    I'm confused.

As am I. There's no official news article, it seems. Rather, just his interpretation of what that one website has to offer of some idea that is four years old.

Well if you want me to do all the work for you :) here is the relevant Wikipedia article:

    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wisconsin_v._Mitchell

It also interestingly goes back to 1993, when Bill Clinton was in office, and Sandra Day O'Connor, not Justice Kennedy, held the all-important swing vote on the court. I wonder how the court would rule today.

Give it time. I have nothing more to add. But some other board members may still breathe some life into this discussion. :)

I will put it back on track

The least homophobic guys I know are ones that enjoy having penises in their mouths.

Even then I'm not sure of the definition, As you can think a guy is a complete twat and hot at the same time, in fact the two usually go together

Not necessarily. Quite often they're the most homophobic.

I don't think you watch enough prison dramas.

I've heard of hot or not.

Hot or twat sounds more interesting

    Fuck autocorrect...
