The pebbly beach where I live is literally covered in seashells. It is disgusting. When I walk barefoot on the beach I risk getting my feet cut, particularly by cuttlefish. Can I sue someone for this? Maybe the council, or Poseidon?
you could probably write a complaint and ask if they could start a service to take care of them. id say dont jump to sueing unless its completely neccissary, as it would cost hundreds of thousands and probably last years
You do not have grounds to sue for seashells or cuttlefish. BUT....the beach could be sued if you pulled a Mussel.
Maybe you could sue the lady that sells the seashells, her name is Sue, and she lives by the seashore apparently. Sue Sue, she sells seashells by the seashore
I like sand on beaches. I don't like beaches because salt water irritates my skin and then the sand and the eye burns and ugh.
when i was in the air force, tech school, in biloxi, i forget the name of the base, the whole, it was like the ground everywhere was solid shells. i think they call that calichie or something like that. as for the crabs, didn't they come over on the captain's dingie?
In England, it is a crime to take pebbles from the beach, literally enshrined in law. Those pebbles are irreplaceable, having accumulated through time immemorial. But once I stole a few for my terrarium. I must not steal anymore, so God forgive me.
