Why Couldn't The Prince Recognize Cinderella?

Do you think he suffered from a condition called face blindness or do you think he had a foot fetish?

 

I think it's because she was under a spell when they met? (thus, the carriage turned back into a pumpkin, etc) lol

 

The night before he had on beer goggles.

 

Forget the prince. Imagine how hard it is for Cinderella to buy shoes!! Literally no one else wears her size

 

The prince was gay. He remembered her shoes but not the woman herself.

 

Obviously she looked Different without her posh dress and her "Slap" on

 

Because the Prince wasn't really a Prince.

politics of monarchy. also i believe they were both 'under age' and thus some appointed magistrate actually held his power,
as would have been typical of that kind of ostenatious late middle ages setting,
no such problem around the beginning of the middle ages, but then there wouldn't have been glass slippers.
or gildid carrages or any of that. just big cold squalid stone towers, full of horny peasants with spears.

 

Because Prince became a squiggle, and squiggles have poor eyesight.
