    understand so why mention it .,, ? Rumors are better .

    I don't think strategy has anything to do with it - if so, then organisational planning has taken an awful step backwards.
    Along with there being much worthier causes to protest upon than the allocation of parking spaces - or maybe priorrites have both changed and significantly lessened
