    I just wanna know how a tiny 100m rock is literally a moon lol. If pluto isn't even a planet, how the hell can an asteroid have moons when they're so small? Just making things up again. Bit of light on the artificial filters, oh touchdown we have moons Houston.

    One way you could look at it would be that the moon is an orbital satellite of Earth. Many planets in our solar system have moons as well. You can say that Deimos and Phobos, the two moons of Mars, are not actually moons, but asteroids that've become orbital satellites of planet Mars. If you want to get literal about these moons orbiting asteroids, that's fine. Calling these little orbitals "moons" is a bit metaphorical.
