Depression About Hair Loss

How could I overcome the depression caused by hair loss?
I do not lack confidence because of hair loss but I just.. I just don't want to get loss.

It can be treated and controlled with prescription drug but the possible (though unlikely) adverse effect of the drug is terrifying -- from sex drive loss to male breast cancer.

Personally I don't want to risk my health taking drug that is not curing serious disease, maybe NOT even a disease (e.g. hair loss)

However, I don't want to give up my precious hair at the same time. Just Don't want to give up, at least psychologically I can't give up.

What do you think? How can I think more positive to give up the medicine? (and thus give up the hair) or should I just keep taking the medicine, sticking to common sense and ignoring scaring but rare adverse effects and internet rumors?

What about making a wig out of the hair you have now? You could thicken it up with artificial or real hair. Then just go commando and shave it all off, get it over with.

Then you can have the wig? I have only worn costume versions but they do stay on so I would imagine that if you were to get a proper fitted wig you could wear it all the time?

That is what I would probably do.

Just can't help thinking in this day and age, bald men is no longer an issue, quite sexy really, if your head is tanned.

Also apart from the loss of dreds! It's worse for women?

I went bald once, people were offering me wigs left right and centre..

I was a survivor.. bald is natural to some, just use it in a small area for a while, maybe the nape of your neck?

 

How do you go bald only once? Lol.
Like once you are bald is that not it?
Like if somebody shoots you and you die that's it, you re dead. If they they shoot you again you don't die again you were dead the first time.

 

It was after cancer treatment irmi, no, I didn't die, like I said, I'm a survivor..

 

People Undergoing Chemo Treatment Often Go Bald......Then After The Treatment Is Over Their Hair

Starts To Regrow......Surely You Must Have Known This...???...
