Can't you just go work somewhere else? If not, maybe you can secretly video her using your phone.
I wouldn't hack her email, you could get in serious trouble if you got caught. It's not worth jail time.

I am sure her actions will eventually blow up in her face, as I've worked with similarly toxic people, and while it seems like they are getting off scot-free forever, that is rarely the truth.

Hacking into her social media just creates another problem on your end. I am pretty sure it is illegal or at least frowned upon. Don't go there. Either wait it out or find a new job.

I always revist this Dylan lyrics:

"While one who sings with his tongue on fire
Gargles in the rat race choir
Bent out of shape from society’s pliers
Cares not to come up any higher
But rather get you down in the hole
    That he’s in"

Sounds like you are asking for information on how to commit illegal actions.
In addition you are looking to find "dirt" on her...then what? Blackmail?

I would suggest you stop asking on this website for help to commit crimes, if that is what you're doing.

We can't tell who the toxic psycho is just from reading one post from you. And even if we could, posting info online about how to break into accounts could be used by anyone. Agree with MeAgain...we can't help you commit a crime.

You shouldn't need to do anything criminal to deal with this

If you talk to the owner, even if you don't have hard evidence, you still may be able to get results. If the downward trend of the business correlates with her arrival, the owner will probably see merit to your claims, and will have a strong incentive to take action. I would suggest laying out your claims to the owner. He would likely be able to legally set up a cam to capture evidence that she's stealing.

The owner might also be inclined to fire her outright without too much investigation. If your coworkers agree with you and threaten to walk out, that case would get a lot stronger.

And as was mentioned earlier, just leaving and working elsewhere might be the easiest solution. You might like a new place better, too.

Find employment elsewhere. Let the owner know why. Don't commit any illegal acts!

until you hit a certain age and have nothing to put on a resume.

besides, you have to put up with situations like the OP.

Some strippers can make $100k a year. Put that money away, and after a few years they could retire, especially if they go to a cheap country.

I think strippers tend to blow their money though.

I guess in principle you could do a day job part-time, then dance part-time at night.

The OP's situation is not that unusual, but not all clubs are like that. The problem seems to be shit management

What would hacking into her Facebook account/email solve?

You could probably go on the deep web and find sources that claim to hack facebook accounts. I couldn't tell you the legitmacy of them or the difficulty in running them if they are legit tho.

It doesn't seem like you need to hack anything. Personally I would wear a pen camera or something and record the person stealing from the company, then take it straight to the owner.
