grilling tofu, is probably the best way for me. I like miso soup. even the person that dont eat meat likes the way the grill makes tofu taste.. I get a lot of energy from tofu, and my friend at work makes other dishes with it too..
That sounds good. I will try grilled tofu, too....now that the grill is out for the summer. I remember cold tofu being kind of jello consistency. I did not know what to do with that besides eat it in salad or something.
Tofu is so good guys You can marinate it and make it take on so many flavours and it can substitute so much Chocolate Mousse with tofu is awesome Tofu scrambled eggs Scheswan tofu (Don't know the spelling sorry) Black bean tofu Tofu in general BUT it's processed food so you shouldn't have more than two portions of it a week if you can help yourself.
