Kissing without serious tongue action is wild, too. The nips on lips, sucking lips. The promise of tongue later... it's a slower seduction.

ETA: in my experience, the pre tongue action needs to tell me how this person is as a lover, and I am showing as well as mirroring. If we get into a groove pre lingual limbo, I'm taking that person to bed. The decision is made.
