Another Barefoot Adventure

In a couple weeks, our entire family is getting together at a lake place for three days. I have a fun idea, which is not to bring any shoes whatsoever. Then I'll have to stay barefoot for three straight days. Hope to work on toughness during that time.
I've also been really expanding my range of places to go barefoot. I've been going to work barefoot on days when the weather permits, and then change into my uniform when I get there. Then I leave work barefoot. I work at a theme park, so sometimes, I'll go back into the park barefoot after my shift. A few days ago, I also went into a thrift store barefoot. I hope to expand it even more.

 

A lake in the woods with bears and alligators and you aren't bringing shoes? You need some running shoes just in case.

 

it depends on what lake he's going to. i live on a lake and the biggest argument for shoes is that you are guaranteed to step in goose shit sooner or later.

 

I'm in the northwest, we have no alligators.

 

I hope to go to Wal Mart barefoot one day.
