I can do a lot of stuff that people who can do handstands cant do. Misconception that hand stand is the pinnacle of yoga postures.
I can build a bot to automate my hipforums postings. I could build a resilient system where most of the posts were from bots, and all related to hip surgery. Then I could get this in the top ten google results for hip replacement. I contribute nothing to society.
I'm, both unfortunately and fortunately, a professional writer. I'm also very good at being neither seen nor heard. Back in the day, when I was really really bored, I would create accounts here for really random personas - like 60 year old grandmas and whatnot that would claim that they found this forum by Googling for hip surgery. It was just as unamusing as it sounds.
When weighed less, I used to be flexible and could do flips and somersaults with ease, as I was in good shape then. Now I just possess mad tv watching skills.
I always thought of that as cool to do. Back flips, front flips, or when you're on the ground and you flip up like a ninja.
I used to do that too. Flip up off the ground with no hands. As I got older, I realized the pressure I was putting on the back of my scull whenever I pushed myself up that way. Looked cool as shit when getting up from falling or being pushed down, but Hard on the neck and head. Then I got too heavy for the handsprings- could feel the weight on my wrists, so I did round offs straight into back tucks and forward somersaults. Then arial rotations became slower (from eating and drinking too damn much). Didn't matter, I was doing it all for fun anyways.
At the moment, in my spare time, I'm working on perfecting small wooden padlocks made of nothing but wood and glue. They have no practical value but are fun to figure out. The latest one works perfectly and has a secret mechanism to open it up. But it's pretty ugly as I'm using it for development. It's 2 1/2 by 2 1/2 by 3/4 inches thick not counting the shackle. I hoping the next one is smaller.
I'm taking guitar lessons. I've played for 25 years, but it needs a lot of work. Many of those years were spent doing anything but practicing guitar. So, my talent is playing guitar.
